Thank you for getting in touch with me on this.

If you have signed the labour contract (the one with the ministry and not on company letterhead), then you cannot terminate the contract as there might be a labour ban or compensation penalty imposed upon you.

I would advise that you check what contract you have signed, you can then call Ministry of Labour on 80060 to check on the ban.
