غرامة الإنهاء المبكر لعقد الإيجار
يحتوي عقد الإيجار الخاص بنا على ملحق يفيد بأن هناك غرامة شهرين للإنهاء المبكر. لدينا طفل وسنحتاج إلى الانتقال إلى مكان أكبر.
لقد طلبنا إنهاء عقدنا قبل 4 أشهر وأجابت شركتنا بالرفض. هل يحق لهم رفض حقنا في إنهاء عقدنا؟

Dear Questioner,
The landlord cannot deny premature termination of the tenancy contract.
Most landlords settle for a one or two months’ worth of rent as a penalty, while some require up to three months in advance for breaking the contract prematurely.
In your situation as mentioned by you, 2 months rent as the penalty would be applicable.
