اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بشأن الخطأ الطبي والإهمال

في يونيو 2016، كنت أشعر بألم شديد في أسناني وذهبت إلى مستشفى مشهور في إمارة أبو ظبي وأجريت معالجة لعصب الأسنان.
بعد إجراء المعالجة، شعرت بالألم لعدة مرات في المنطقة نفسها، لكن في الأسبوع الماضي شعرت مرة أخرى بألم شديد وكان الأمر لا يطاق. لذلك، ذهبت وفحصت أسناني مع طبيب أسنان آخر في مستشفى آخر.
وبعد إجراء الأشعة السينية، اكتشفنا أن معالجة عصب الأسنان الأخيرة التي أجريتها في يونيو 2016 كانت سيئة للغاية. حيث كانت هناك أداة مكسورة في سني وسبب ذلك لي عدوى خطيرة وأنا بحاجة لأن أخضع لعملية خلع أسنان ثم عملية زراعة أسنان بعد ذلك.
إنها حالة من الإهمال الطبي وأود أن أرفع قضية. هل يمكنك أن تنصحني بما هو الأفضل لي؟
