Civil case for defaulting on a bank loan after closing criminal case
Good day to you!!
I would like to ask for advice as I was detained due to a bounced cheque case filed by the bank. I have cleared my case and paid the fine in the Prosecutor Office.
As per the police, don't answer any call from the bank, however, the bank keeps sending emails saying that they will file a police case against me for not paying the loan and the credit card.
Would like to know good advice regarding my situation as I am trying to avoid to be detained again.
You finished the criminal case as I understand. But the bank has the right to file a civil case now to get the whole amount not paid from your side depending on the judgement of the criminal case.
