عواقب إنهاء عقد عمل محدد المدة

إذا حصلت على عرض عمل من شركة أخرى قبل أن ينتهي عقد العمل الحالي، فما الذي يجب علي فعله؟ هل أغادر الدولة أم أمضي قدمًا مع الشركة الجديدة؟
