حساب التعويض في حالة الاستقالة قبل إكمال عام واحد في العمل

Dear Sir,

The indemnity calculation is on the basic salary; for the first three years it's 15 days per year and starting from the fourth year it's 30 days salary. (this is only for the non-Bahrainis since the Bahrainis are covered by GOSI).

For the employee who served only 8 months will be entitled to 10 days of the basic salary.
