Non-competition court case for joining a competitor
My previous company filed a case in Dubai court, saying that as per my agreement with them I should not join the same field with a competitor of my previous company.
In addition, they came to some amount and I got the news that they will file one case with more amount than the previous amount.
So, is there any solution for this?
How can I dismiss this case, as I have not done any crime?

The non-competition clause must be clearly mentioned in your contract (Article 127 of the UAE Labour law) along with the period of non-competition and territory (Article 909 and article 910 of the UAE Civil Code).
If all is done, the employer has to prove his loss unless a specific amount of compensation is mentioned.
