But the injured person is good, and the doctor certificate also clearly mentions that the person is good, but till now the police did not release my passport from the police station. Next month is my marriage, so is it possible to replace the passport with another one or not? Please give your suggestion about this.

Q: My company PRO consulted somebody for permission to run the plant on a generator set. The person he consulted brought permission from the municipality. I showed the document to SEWA people to allow us to run the plant on the generator, which they denied. I reported the same to the municipality where they found that the document was forged. The municipality reported the case to the police. I have submitted the statement and given all the details of the persons involved in that. The police called later and asked me to report to the police station in Sharjah with my passport. There again they have taken my statement and passport. Currently, the culprits who were involved in making duplicate document are in jail and my passport is still with the court. Kindly guide me on how I can have my passport released from the court. Q: Dear sir/madam, I was coming on a visit visa, then someone got involved in a case, and I had to spend a lot of time in jail. Then after the sentence was over, they released me, but I still hadn't been given my passport. What should I do in this situation? And what should I do to get my passport quickly? Q: Dear Sir/’adam, My two-year contract ends on June 12th, 2023. I submitted a request for marriage leave from March 1st to April 10th, with plans to return on April 11th, but management denied my request due to the contract period, even though I have 20 days of paid leave remaining. The management is now pressuring me to renew my contract and go on vacation or resign from the job in order for them to find a replacement. They are also holding my passport. Please advise!

This Law promulgates the Federal Penal Code (Criminal Law) of the United Arab Emirates. Crimes and chastisement punishments shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of this Law and other penal codes.

The law promulgates UAE Criminal Procedural Law (Penal Procedures Law) which governs criminal procedures in the UAE. This law applies to the procedures relating to offences whose punishments are not specified, dogma and punitive offences, and blood money, if they do not violate the Sharia rules.
