Procedures for receiving passport from the court
My company PRO consulted somebody for permission to run the plant on a generator set.
The person he consulted brought permission from the municipality. I showed the document to SEWA people to allow us to run the plant on the generator, which they denied.
I reported the same to the municipality where they found that the document was forged. The municipality reported the case to the police.
I have submitted the statement and given all the details of the persons involved in that. The police called later and asked me to report to the police station in Sharjah with my passport.
There again they have taken my statement and passport. Currently, the culprits who were involved in making duplicate document are in jail and my passport is still with the court.
Kindly guide me on how I can have my passport released from the court.
