Q: Dear Madam
Reputed con company terminated me giving a 1-month notice period. After the notice period, the company cannot cancel my Dubai visa due to a travel ban and criminal case.
The company now asks me to clear the case immediately, otherwise, they will notify me as absconding. Is it possible by the company to notify absconding, and still I have regular contact with the company?

Appealing a judgment of absconding and deportation

Q: I have deportation and AED 1000 fine because of absconding and overstay, but I'm still in the country (UAE).
The court passed a judgement when I wasn't in court and my passport is still in the appeal section in Dubai Courts.
What can I do to resolve this problem because my husband wants to sponsor me and also my company has given me a paper to remove the absconding?
I don't know how I can clear it from the court so I can get my passport and go finish from immigration too.

Lifting a travel ban resulted from absconding

Q: Dear sir,
I was working in Dubai and, for personal reasons, I left Dubai without cancelling my residence visa.
My employer blacklisted me in the immigration department because of absconding so I believe I have a lifetime ban.
In this situation, what options do I have to remove this ban?
And if my employer refused to lift the ban, what other options I have?
Can I ask for help from the Ministry of Interior?
Or can I pay a penalty?
Please advise me!

Filing an absconding case against an employee while she is being medicated

Q: Sir,
I have a friend who has an issue with her previous work. She had to be medicated. She was asked to travel back to her country but they didn't book her a ticket and the sponsor has already canceled her visa.
She doesn't have money to book a flight ticket but she has treated herself here in the UAE for and the grace of 28d ays has finished. She is now in overstay.
She wants to change her visa to a visit visa and pay for the overstay but she was told that the sponsor put abscond on her passport.
What can we do to remove the abscond?
Please help us!

Q: I was deported from the UAE last April 2017 due to absconding and overstay.
I want to return to the UAE with my new passport and with my real name.
Would it be possible for me to re-enter the UAE again with my new passport using my real name?
Please advise me on this.

The agent wants money for absconding removal. What to do?

Q: Dear sir/madam,
I came here with a tourist visa and I have overstayed. The office which did the tourist visa for me put absconding on me. I went to immigration for absconding removal and they directed me to go to the agent who did the tourist visa for me.
When I went, he asked me to pay 4300 AED before he can issue a paper for me to immigration to remove my abscond.
I want to know what can I do.
Immigration has told me that the absconding fee is 541 AED.

Our internal contract has a notice period of 3 months from both parties. In the new labor implementation, only one month's notice is required for less than 5 years of service.
Please advise if we can follow our internal contract since the position is very curtailed and the organization will not be able to replace the position within one month.

Can you please clarify the correct annual leave salary rules?
Some say it is basic + HRA for the month you will take off, others say it is full salary, and somewhere I read it is basic + HRA (annual leave salary) plus the normal salary you get.

How to appeal the labor judgment if the court did not approve all my dues? 0
