Q: I'm a Saudi National living in the UAE and want to issue a license for my e-commerce commission-based business website for Auto/Spare parts in Ajman.
We don’t stock products. We act as the middleman in the process. For example, a customer comes to our website and orders say "Brake Pads" for his/her car.
Our job is to go and look across shops in the UAE to find the best deal for the customer. Then, we go back to the customer and present the best deal for this specific requested spare part.
If the customer agrees to the offer, he/she then have to pay us the full amount, and then we go and get the product for him/her and take a cut percentage of 10% from the total amount paid, and then ship the product to the customer.
What kind of license do we need for a business like this? I would like the license to be issued in Ajman.
Also, I need to hire employees, therefore, I need a license that enables me to hire and rent an office space.
Thank you.

How to register e-commerce or other companies in the UAE
26
Q: Hello
I want to open an online store (e-commerce) in Dubai, it will be online clothing store and I will receive the clothes from China by courier and sell it in Dubai. Customers can complete the payment with Pay Pal.
So I would like to know if I need to register this online store, and if yes, what's the procedure. Since the items will be shipped from overseas, then maybe I do not need even to register it.
Please advise

The items are original; I import them from a country where I can source models that are sold out or sizes that are unavailable in the UAE.

Hi,
I have signed a non-compete clause (under unlimited contract) with my previous company. After working for 8 years with them, they terminated me.
I have now joined a competitor considering there was no other job available in the market. Now after 7 months, my previous company has filed a legal suit asking for compensation considering I am in a similar role and in the same territory.
What is the available remedy?

Filing a case against husband by a non-Muslim wife for adultery 0
I am a non-Muslim Indian woman. I discovered that my husband is having an affair with another woman. I know it is a criminal offense in the UAE and I want to know about the punishment for such an offense.
I would also like to know what kind of evidence is required to file a criminal case?
We both share the same laptop at home and the screen was not clear so I took a backup of the pictures where I have my marriage pictures and also my daughter's pictures. In that, I have found an adultery video of my husband with a woman, close pictures, and some messages.
Once I spoke to him about it, he broke the laptop but I have those pictures with me.
Please help me!

Ensuring that the employee will not approach the clients after leaving 0
I have a small company of 4 people. One of my oldest staff who has worked for 11 years is leaving. He handles 80% of my clients and work.
Without proof, I know he is going to open his firm. I don't want to harm him but I want to secure my clients. Is it legally okay for me to make him sign a contract that he cannot approach my clients in the near future?
If yes, then what will be the procedure?
Do I have to go to the notary to make this contract valid?
