I have two kids and their father is a UAE national. He is currently working in the army, and im a Philipino national.

Do my kids have a right to seek their father's financial support even if we are not married?

In the UAE, premarital sex and sex outside wedlock are against the UAE law. It is punishable by three to six months imprisonment and eventual deportation.

You may seek alimony in your country but, considering the consequences, here it is not advisable.
