Please note that there is a chance through the court system in the UAE to appeal the judgement and reduce the sentence in terms of the deportation to be waived.

Of course, the judge needs proper and enough reasons for this request. Your daughter being a student may help, of course living here for quite a while and any other relevant reasons may help.

Your legal representative must present letters of apology by the daughter and the family with such requests showing the severe damage that may be caused by the deportation sentence and possible undertakings to be submitted.

The judges may look into the subject from a humanitarian and family perspective.
