Dear Questioner,

Thank you for contacting me.

I assume there was a criminal case filed against you by the bank and the case is now closed after making the settlement.

Once you get the clearance certificate and PCC it is confirmed that you have no further pending matters in the country.

You will have to remove the travel ban from the concerned police station as well.

Thank you.

Dear Mam,

Many thanks for your prompt reply. Please, could you clarify my doubt as below?

1) Is travel ban different from Immigration Clearance?

2) PCC is the final verdict and last step that if received all matters in the country are cleared out?

3) Can the bank re-apply for the case after receiving a PCC? (As it is valid for 3 months)

4) How can I close my UAE bank account?

5) What should I do to check that everything is right?

My friend has given me Immigration Clearance and PCC. No letter from court or bank.

Still receiving by bank agents. how can I stop them?

Thanks in advance.
