حالة عقد الإيجار عند تغير المالك

مرحبًا،

منذ عدة أسابيع، قمت بتجديد عقد الإيجار الخاص بمسكني في دبي مع شركة لإدارة الممتلكات، وقد أخبرونني اليوم أن العقار قد تم بيعه وأن عليّ البدء في  التعامل مع المالك الجديد.

هل يتوجب عليّ توقيع عقد جديد مع المالك الجديد؟ هل يحق لي رفض توقيع  أي عقد جديد ورفض دفع الرسوم مرة أخرى لحين انتهاء أجل العقد الحالي؟

Dear Questioner,

Please note that you do not have to do anything in regards to your lease contract or lease payments. Your contract remains valid until it expires in the case of renewal.

Even if you change the landlord name and details in the renewed contract, you still have the rights of a lease renewal and it cannot be treated as a completely new agreement.
