Legal remedy for delayed payments of invoices

If there is a delay in the invoice payments or if someone didn't pay for the invoices, you can move a civil case for commercial recovery proceedings through the court.

The court will call for the opposite party who defaults on payment and try for a settlement. If it is not settled, it will be transferred to the court for the decision from the court.

Based on the documents produced, the court will issue a judgment and it can be executed against the opposite party through the court itself.
