I am not very sure if he has been blacklisted and got a lifetime ban. The judgement states "3 months jail and deportation". Recently I checked at Sharjah Immigration and found no ban on him. However, I'm a bit scared that he will be blocked and arrested at the airport on arrival on a tourist visa.
