Action against a client for refusing to pay for provided services
I have a contract. The client has not paid for the work and does not intend to. Please help, what can be done?

Dear Questioner,
According to the civil and commercial law, both parties should follow the legal contract, otherwise, your client doesn’t do his part for payment.
So, you have the right to file a case, but first of all, you can start with a legal notice maybe he will give you the money.
In case of non-payment, you have to start your legal process, but how much is the amount?
