Splitting the salary to keep indemnity low
My employer has split my wages between experience points and basic wage to keep my indemnity low. Is this allowed?

The split between experience and basic wage is not a common practice in Bahrain.
Hence, when calculating the indemnity, both should be concerned as (wage).
