Employer's obligation to increase the salary of an employee
I have been working as a receptionist for 6 years now but I don't have any increments in the salary.
I'm using my own car and I'm a holder Bahraini passport.

Dear questioner,
There is no provision of law obligates the employer to increase the salary, even if the employee uses his own car at work.
However, you can apply to your employer in writing requesting an increase and explain your financial circumstances.
It is his own decision.
