Your company is responsible for paying your dues even if they have financial issues, and you have priority among creditors according to the labor law.

The employees have a priority over other creditors. So you can claim a labor case against them and we can help you to get back all your rights, End of Service gratuity, annual leave allowance, tickets for your country and other rights which are mentioned in the Federal Law No. (8) of 1980 Concerning the Regulation of Labor Relations.
