Dear Questioner,

Please clarify if you have signed a security cheque as a guarantee with the bank or not.

Generally, defaulting on credit cards is like defaulting on payments to loans.

You will start receiving calls from the collection department to pay, and if you cannot they will start legal action against you and you will face either fine, imprisonment sentence or both.

Let me know if you would need help negotiating a deal with the bank

Regards,

Ahmed Elnaggar
