In usual circumstances, even if a one member of the family is applying for PR, a country may require full family's police clearance for making an application. I would advise that you get it just for safety sake.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

You can go to the Dubai Police website, where you will find a tab for Police Clearance Certificate.

You can make an application, pay the fees and you will get the certificate from the police.
