Questions & Answers
Can I ask for an urgent decision to get a case judgment in order to release the ILOE payments?
Hello
I have a question.
I have a case before the 3rd first instance court in Dubai already, and it's in the preparatory stage.
Can I ask for an urgent decision on the overdue payments?
I have no source of income, and ILOE is asking for a judgment to release my funds.
Is this achievable and doable, and what are the consequences, please?
Dear Client,
Yes, you can apply to the Dubai Court of First Instance for an urgent (interim) payment order at the preparatory stage if you can prove hardship and immediate need, such as for releasing your ILOE funds.
This is a provisional remedy and does not replace the final judgment, but it can compel early payment pending the case outcome.
The other party may appeal, so the request must be well‑substantiated with evidence.
I can assist in drafting and filing the urgent application to expedite court consideration and improve your chances of approval.
