Friis Consultancy LLC was founded in May 2018 and is located in Fujairah. The company primarily deals with company formation in the UAE, employment law, commercial contracts and dispute resolution. It is our ambition to deliver tailor-made legal advice of the highest quality to our customers. Our services should not only be legally correct but also suit your particular needs. Even though the majority of our clients have a Scandinavian background like us, we also help non-Danish clients with corporate and commercial law related matters like company formation in the UAE, drafting and reviewing legal documents, dispute resolution, legal certification of documents and a variety of other legal tasks.
