Thomas Friis Nielsen

Thomas Friis Nielsen is the founder and managing partner of Friis Consultancy LLC. He has worked with the corporate & commercial law since 2007 and is specialized in commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions and dispute resolution from his time at one of Denmark´s biggest law firms, Plesner. Since the beginning of 2018, he has been located in Dubai, where he has assisted Danish as well as international clients with setting up companies in the UAE, employment law, commercial contracts, dispute resolution, acquisitions of companies, property and lease law. In his spare time, Thomas enjoys playing tennis and reading books about historical events. Travelling to exotic destinations is also among his interests.
