Overall, fantastic experience - just one thing, there was a mixup where I thought I was sending the lawyer assigned to my specific case a message, when in fact it was a public message. That's a nice feature to have but I kept getting notifications of other lawyers on the platform responding to that message and I could not DELETE the mistaken post. That would have been nice.
