I think it is a fantastic idea to have this platform and the fixed fee services, however whichever lawyer I was interested to work with all of a sudden their fees are different from what I could afford. I just feel it could be more transparent. Thank you .

With him he said they can solve it in 1 weak , so I paid the amount ,then I ask him again he changed his word and said he means his procedure take 1 weak ,I wait but no response then I submitted my paper my self Nd call the agent to stop the procedure he say it already done going to submit so no refund ,it's fine but I get this information that I can submit my self it's from your  web site so am glad to say that your doing the one of the best job ,I have a suggestion that if we need to reply on the answers try to do in ontime click if the provide number and email ,once again thank you it's a wonderful , and support for us thank you

The service is excellent, but the response time takes a whole day, which is somewhat inconvenient. Sometimes, the lawyers do not respond even though they are available.  Live chat is an excellent option. In my experience, the service is good for legal consultations or inquiries. Overall, the website is excellent, but the experience depends on the responsiveness and legal knowledge of the lawyers.

The Legal Advice platform was exactly what I needed in order to obtain multiple quick responses to a simple contract question and then to book a couple of formal reviews to discuss in more detail. As an expat in Dubai, finding an attorney was proving difficult and finding one in my area that was reasonably priced to address a short and fairly simple topic was also very difficult. This platform greatly simplified the experience for me, and for the legal professionals.

I have had a good experience on your website. The legal advice I was given was very prompt and on point.  If you could add a section to show the legal fees of getting any lawyer this would make choosing a permanent lawyer easier since everyone assumes that  it costs so much to hire one. I believe this would create transparency and more people would seek legal advice and not be afraid of the supposably high fees. I hope my feedback was helpful. Appreciate your help.
