After winning against employer, how to recover dues with insufficient assets?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I have won a judgment in my favor against my employer for pending salaries, and the execution is complete. The court has locked the employer`s office, and an expert appointed by the court is tasked with selling the office assets to recover the money. However, the office assets, including furniture and desktops, are valued at not more than 5000 AED, whereas my due amount is 100 thousand. Please advise on how the court will recover the remaining balance from the employer.

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, We plan to launch a voucher mobile app with two types of users: consumers and merchants. Merchants pay a daily calculated fee of AED 10/20/30, while users don`t have to pay or purchase anything. Throughout the day, users simply need to write/upload a post/image on the app and answer a random skill-based question. The more they participate, the higher their chances to qualify. Every following day, the collected pool from merchants is randomly distributed back to users in the form of vouchers. For instance, if today`s pool is AED 350,000, tomorrow it will be distributed among a random set of users, potentially in the thousands. If, for example, 17,500 users qualify, they would receive vouchers of random values. Users must use these vouchers at eligible merchants within the next 24 hours, or the vouchers expire. Q: Hi I am an Indian citizen girl, I was living with a Pakistani guy when I got pregnant and we decided to marry. I wanted court marriage since I am a Hindu and he is Muslim but he wanted nikah and later will do court marriage also. So last April he called some people from Karachi online video, I don`t know who they were, and asked me for nikah. I said yes and then they said papers would be sent via courier to sign. After two days of this online thing, only he physically hit me and abused me so badly that I called the police also, but in front of the police finally he said sorry and I also let it go. After that, I never signed those papers and thought to watch his behavior which later turned bad day by day. Even financially also he was using my house, my car, my everything... A new landlord cannot collect the rent from the tenant. What to do?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I am a European resident and have owned an apartment in Dubai since November 8, 2023. The contract with the previous owner ended in September 2023, and the tenant was served an eviction notice until July 2024. I find the tenant`s behavior very problematic and am considering legal action. He has not paid any rent to me since I took ownership. I invited him for a new 1-year contract without a rent increase, but he insists on forcefully signing the contract at the Dubai Land Department without my or my POA`s signature and is compelling me to visit Dubai to collect the cheques. Can you help with the following: 1) How can I get my rent? 2) Can the Dubai Land Department enforce the lease contract without my approval? 3) Given his behavior, I do not want to continue the lease agreement with him.
