هل من الممكن مغادرة الإمارات ومواصلة دفع أقساط بطاقات الائتمان من الخارج؟
س: أعزائي المحامين، أتمنى أن يكون الجميع بخير. لدي سؤال بخصوص بطاقة الائتمان. أنا موظف حاليًا في شركة ولدي رصيد بطاقة ائتمان متأخر أقوم بسداده على أقساط. حصلت على وظيفة جديدة في بلدي وأريد سداد بقية الأقساط من بلدي. الآن تأشيرتي على وشك الإلغاء. هل يجب علي سداد المبلغ بالكامل دفعة واحدة وإلا فلن أتمكن من الخروج من الإمارات؟ أم يمكنني الذهاب والدفع من خارج الدولة؟ هل يمكنكم مساعدتي في هذا الاستفسار من فضلكم؟ شكرا مقدما لمساعدتكم.

ماذا يمكنني أن أفعل إذا فشلت وكالة السفر في إعادة حجز تذكرتي بسبب حالة طارئة؟
س: أود أن أطلب المشورة. لقد اشتريت تذكرة من وكالة ولكن بسبب عملية جراحية طارئة (جراحة مجازة) لزوجي، لا أستطيع العودة إلى بلدي. قبل يومين من الرحلة، اتصلت بالوكيل وأبلغته بوضعي وأبلغني أنه يمكن إعادة حجز التذكرة. قلت على الفور لإعادة حجز الرحلة وتم تقديم شهادة طبية. كانت الرحلة في 22 يونيو 2023 وحتى هذا التاريخ، لم يتم حل المشكلة بين الوكالة وشركة الطيران. والآن يطلبون نسخة من عقد الزواج والتي قدمتها. أقدر إذا كان بإمكانك تقديم المشورة لي بشأن أفضل طريقة للمضي قدمًا.2023/07/31

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, As landlords, we gave the tenant 12 months` notice to vacate the villa, which will be completed in another 2 months. The regulations allow viewing with 24 hours notice, and we have documented this in our contract. However, the tenant is unwilling to cooperate on this matter. We have agreed to sell the property to a buyer, and the valuation needs to be done in another 2 weeks so that the bank can approve the loan within the agreed period. What should we do in this scenario? The tenant could damage the property and leave without allowing us to view it until the last day. How can we recover the money from him in this situation, given that the deposit amount is very low? Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I worked at a hotel and resigned with a 30-day notice period. My last day of work was July 18th. They were holding my passport, and I requested it back. Initially, they refused, but they gave it to me today along with my cancellation letter. However, they still haven`t paid my pending salary and gratuity. Since I asked for my passport, they are now forcing me to vacate the company accommodation. Rent increase without 90-day notice if the landlord is changed. Is this legal?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I have not been served with a 90-day notice of any rent increase. The agent says that the landlord has changed, and that is why the rent is being increased. My assumption is that even if the landlord has changed, they still have to give me 90 days` notice of any rent increase. Is that correct? Also, this is only my first-year renewal.
