Q: I have a misdemeanor case and we won in both the first court and the appeal court. I want to understand what the procedure in the cassation court will be like. Will it be the same as the appeal court? Will the cassation court go over each and every piece of evidence like the appeal court? Or will the judge look at it only if there is any misapplication of law? How much time does it typically take in the court of cassation?

Q: Dear Lawyers, I filed a case against my tenant after issuing a 12-month eviction notice. The lawyer I hired to handle the case did not pay attention to what I told him, causing me to lose the case. I informed him that the reason for the eviction was to move in, but he filed the case stating the reason was to sell. Since there were no supporting documents, I lost the case. If I appeal, what documents will be necessary? Can I file another case using the eviction reason of moving in?

A company in the UAE failed to provide the service we paid for. How can we refund our money?
Q: We are a UK-based company that paid for a UAE agency to complete a photoshoot for us. Some time passed as we were struggling to schedule a shoot in our schedule. They also delayed the matter due to a lack of availability for them. They promised us a shoot by November but then stopped responding to us. How to let the employer cancel my visa after proper resignation and finishing my notice period?
