How to claim the money I earn and delay penalty from a prop firm?
Q: Hello, There is a prop firm refusing to give me my payout accusing me of copy-trading. Every time I provide evidence that I’m not copy-trading they ignore me and send me copy-pasted emails. In their policy, they say that for every 24 hours the payout is delayed, they pay +$1,000. Would it be possible to go after them legally for my payout? And on top of that, the $1,000 for every 24 hours, they refuse to pay me or delay the process of making a decision on what they want to do? Q: Hello, I am trying to get help in a complicated situation to assist my father-in-law on a few matters. Please note that some of my dates/years may not be accurate, however, I can get the exact dates if we plan to proceed with the legal case 1. My father-in-law purchased an apartment around 2014 in Dubai but he had never visited. He had given POA to an individual who worked for XYZ company. For the first couple of years, he received rent. 2. This individual stopped paying his rent for the past 3-4 years. He changed companies and we found the new company he was employed with. We were not able to pull the detailed Ejari records, however, we were able to see how much he had rented it for. 3. The developer bills were unpaid and some DEWA balances as well. 4. My FIL visited in May 2023 and paid all the pending bills. I bought a property off-plan and took me time to pay the 4% DLD. Can the developer cancel the contract?
Q: I have bought a property in Dubai off-plan. The villa was completed at the end of Jan (1.5 months ago). I haven`t had the funds to register the property with DLD until now, mid-March. Until now, I have paid the 20% deposit to the builder and taking 80% on mortgage. The mortgage with the bank is now ready with the manager`s cheque and sent to the DLD office ready for registration. As it has taken some time for me to arrange the 4% DLD, the builder is now telling me he is going to cancel the contract or charge me an additional amount as the market price has gone up.
