I have recently discovered that he did not sell and re-rented the property three months after I moved out, with a rental increase of AED 75,000 per year above what I was paying. Q: Hi, Good Evening! I was working with a company, and I have started my own company. Now, we have done a hood cleaning in a hotel and later there was a fire that was not caused by us. Should DLD Form F be canceled if it expired for deposit cheque recovery?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, Is there a need to cancel DLD Form F if it has expired? Form F date has expired even after extending by a month, the seller is not selling. My husband was arrested in a drug case and accused of promoting it. How to get him out?
Q: It`s been 2 weeks since my husband was caught with 7 friends in a villa by CID and was detained at Bur Dubai police station till present. They tested positive (first-time offender) but because one of his friends who was caught carrying drugs included his name for selling it, the case file stated: "in possession of drugs with the intention of promoting it". I am humbly seeking legal advice on how to release him while the case is still under investigation. My 2-year-old baby boy misses his papa so much.

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, As the plaintiff, I filed a case in Dubai Courts through AL ADHEED regarding a bounced cheque. The court issued an order instructing the defendant to clear the payment by December 25, 2023. However, the defendant has not honored the judgment, and the payment remains unpaid.I received advice from the representative at AL ADHEED that my next step could be to request the blockage of their trade license. However, I am unsure if this action will assist me in recovering my money. Can you please advise on the appropriate next step for me to take in order to recover the money?

How to cancel the MoU to buy an apartment with the broker if the bank did not approve the loan?
Q: Hi, I have a situation where I signed an MoU and gave my security deposit to the seller`s agent. However later, the bank valuation of the property is lower than the selling price. On my MoU, it has a clause that “the buyer has a right to cancel/negotiate if the bank valuation is not the same as MoU.” I tried to negotiate, however, we didn`t agree on the price so I asked to cancel. Now the agent is threatening me that they will not cancel the MoU and that will deposit my cheque. Later I also came to know that the person I am dealing with is not the same person whose name is mentioned as a broker in the MoU. The agent I am dealing with is constantly messaging me with threats. I decided not to speak to him and instead, I wrote an email to the broker whose name is mentioned on the MoU but received no response. I am on a very tight timeline as I need to vacate my apartment in 3 weeks, I found another unit but I don`t know if I can pursue this while the initial MoU still not canceled.
