Could the court have transferred the execution amount to an incorrect account?
Q: Good day, It`s driving me nuts, and I can`t sleep. I`m just asking: is there a possibility that the court transferred the execution amount by mistake, or that Al Adheed entered a different IBAN for my case? Will the court notice that the account is under a different name or something? I haven`t been sleeping, and nobody can give me a proper response.

The individual later withdrew the case at the police station, and the case report was subsequently forwarded to the Dubai Public Prosecution. It has been over two weeks since I last visited the Public Prosecution (I have visited three times), yet the case number has not been issued. Could you kindly advise on how long it typically takes for the court to issue a verdict in such cases so that my travel ban can be lifted? I was evicted from my apartment to be sold but it was gifted and rented at a higher price. What can I do?
Q: I was evicted from my apartment after living there for five years. My landlord informed me a year in advance that the lease would not be renewed because he intended to sell the property. Prior to this, he attempted to impose a rent increase that was not compliant with RERA regulations, which I refused to accept. He then served me with an official Dubai Court eviction notice, citing the need to take back the property for sale. Five months after I moved out, I discovered the property was rented out at a much higher price. Upon further investigation, I found that the ownership was transferred as a "Gift" rather than a sale. This makes it seem like the eviction was only to raise the rent rather than a genuine need to sell. Do I have a valid case for wrongful eviction against my landlord? Also, under Dubai law, does transferring ownership as a "Gift" hold the same legal grounds as selling in justifying eviction?

Q: Hello, My case is under execution. Two months ago, I blocked my employer’s traffic file with the RTA, but he still hasn’t paid me. Using the traffic file number, I found nine vehicles registered in his name on the Dubai Police website. I requested the court to auction these cars, and the court approved, but Emirates Auctions stated that the cars have not yet been seized, valued, or notified. The court then stated: "Postponing the sale procedures until the seizure and announcement of the vehicles are executed." I requested the cars to be seized, and the court authorized it: "Authorization is granted to seize the vehicles as per the request and police report." What should I do now? How to let the employer cancel my visa after proper resignation and finishing my notice period?
