Q: Hi, I joined a new company under the visa of my previous employer from December 4, 2024, to January 7, 2025, after resigning from my previous company. My previous employer canceled my visa on February 16, 2025, after I had completed my work with them on November 28, 2024. I have not received my salary for the month I worked with my new employer (from December 4, 2024, to January 7, 2025). On January 7, 2025, my new employer terminated my contract, citing that I did not meet their requirements, even though I had worked and performed my duties during the period of my employment. Despite reaching out repeatedly via email and messages, my new employer has only responded with vague references to dates.

Q: Hello, I`m seeking legal advice on behalf of a friend who has outstanding personal and business loans in the UAE that have been overdue since 2015. He is currently outside the UAE and there are indications that legal action—including a travel ban—might have been taken against him. He has renewed his passport and now holds a new one. I have two main concerns: 1. Travel to Other GCC Countries: - Can he travel to other GCC countries, such as Qatar, without facing arrest at immigration due to his unpaid UAE loans? - I have heard that starting from January 2025, the Immigration Systems will be linked across all GCC Countries. Will that affect him? 2. I registered an appeal in Ajman for a criminal order with fake witnesses. How to avoid that?
Q: An appeal is registered by me in Ajman for a criminal order. The original punishment is 2 years in jail and deportation. Now I have pointed out my old grudges and case against the old witness. Now they are arranging new fake witnesses. What should I do to stop them from giving fake witness statements against me? Because before in trial court witnesses gave fake statements and I was punished. Now I pointed out their fakeness and now they are arranging new fake witnesses to give fake testimony against me. 1) Will the judge entertain new fake witnesses that will come without being called by the appeal judge? 2) They were never a part of the investigation in police, prosecution, and trial court now they are coming only because old witnesses are already pointed out by us. 3) What should I do to stop them from giving fake testimony against me? Please advise and guide on all three points in detail. Because the new witnesses are fake like the old ones that I have already pointed out.

Q: Hello, A verbal abuse complaint was filed against me, though there are no witnesses and no direct evidence. There are a few indirect WhatsApp messages that may be open to interpretation. The police filed a case and seized my phone. It has now been over three months. The police transferred the case to the public prosecutor; however, it was returned with a recommendation for settlement or referral to a one-day court. The complainant previously refused to settle and now does not answer police calls. The police have now sent the case back to the prosecution due to a lack of response. What can I expect next? How can this be expedited? What happens if this person does not reply to the prosecution either?
