Can I enter the coutry without trouble if the bank got a travel ban for credit card debt?
Q: The bank issued a travel ban on me while I was outside the UAE due to the credit card outstanding amount of almost 90k. I don’t know what will happen if I go back to the UAE. Will I enter the country normally or will I be detained? They also requested to withdraw my passport.

The rental agreement and Ejari have expired. Is the tenant occupying illegally?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I have just purchased a property with a tenant inside. It turns out that the rental agreement and Ejari expired in March 2024 (2 months ago). Is the tenant, therefore, occupying illegally? What are my options to get the tenant out? Obviously, I don’t want to put anyone out on the street, but ideally, I would like the tenant out in the next 5 months so I can move in myself.

Will I be arrested in Qatar if I have a pending rent case in the UAE?
Q: Hello Mam. Good day. I have a Sharjah Muincipility case against me for rent of 18,000. The original rent was 6000, however, claim all 18,000 for the year. He also claims to have issued an execution or warrant against me. I am here in my country and received a job offer in Qatar. A Qatari visa is issued as well. Will I be arrested in Qatar and sent back to the UAE? I am negotiating with the landlord and will close this issue as soon as I am on the job. I would really appreciate your guidance on this. My employer hasn't updated my labor card. Who is responsible for paying the fine?
Q: Hi, My employer has still not updated my labor card, and it still shows as expired in MOHRE and UAE Pass, even though my Emirates ID and residence visa are valid. When I checked the fine on the labor card, it was 400 AED. I have informed the PRO and the employer about this problem several times, but they are ignoring it. I am now considering resignation with a notice period according to protocols. Is this 400 AED fine on me or them? Please guide me!2024/05/30

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, Form F was signed between the seller and the buyer; however, the seller did not proceed with the transaction, resulting in its failure. The contract stipulates that if the seller breaches the deal without reason, they are obliged to pay a fine of 10%. Can I, as the buyer, take legal action?

How to remove the travel ban after settling a credit card case with the bank?
Q: Hello Everyone, I’m new to this community and seeking support. In 2020, I had a 10K credit card from a bank. Due to COVID-19, I was unable to make the payment on time, resulting in the bank filing a criminal case against me in Nov 2020. I have recently managed to arrange the funds and settle the amount. I have received clearance and case release letters from the bank, confirming that the case has been released by Dubai police. However, despite this, I still find the case active on the Dubai police app. As I am no longer in the country and plan to travel soon, I am concerned about any potential issues with obtaining a visa. I have attempted to contact Dubai police multiple times via email, but have not received a response. Please advise on any potential visa issues and any alternative steps I can take to resolve this matter. Thank you.

Q: Hello, Can anyone confirm to me if getting married in the UAE as part of a civil marriage is recognized/can be registered in India? I am an Australian citizen, marrying an Indian citizen (both with UAE residency). I would rather marry in a civil court in the UAE but understand this may not be valid in India.
