My father was partner in a company in Abu Dhabi and passed away. How to transfer his shares?
Q: Hi, My father owned a company in Abu Dhabi and had some shares there. He passed away in India last year and did not leave a will. My mother and I are Singaporeans. We want to transfer his company shares to someone else. May I know what is the exact legal procedure, please? Do we need to get the Death Certificate attested? What documents will we need to produce? Q: Hi there I would like to ask. I got a job offer from this company Alsamira Construction & Petroleum LLC Company (https://alsamira.com). They also sent me the JOB REFERENCE NUMBER. They want me to pay for the visa work permit but in the offer letter, it says that it`s a free flight and visa. EXPENSES: It is understood that the employee will incur expenses to get his/her valid UAE Residence/Work Permit while the Alsamira Construction & Petroleum LLC. The company (Alsamira Group) shall make the required arrangements for the employee’s free flight ticket and visa and reimburse the employee for any other moving expenses after he/she presents an expense report and itemized account of expenditures, pursuant to Alsamira Construction & Petroleum LLC Company (Alsamira Group) and will be reimbursed not later than Five (5) working days after submission of the employee’s expenses, reports and receipts. Can I cancel an apartment I bought an get refund if the developer did not provide the requirements?
Q: Hello, I made an EOI payment for one project with a developer in Dubai. In the agreement, it says if the seller is able to allocate the unit similar to the buyer’s requirements, in this case, it’s not refundable. However, I am not happy with the unit and it doesn’t meet my requirements. For example, the view of the unit and the fact that it is on the last floor, the last floor doesn’t work for me although I requested a high floor. And the unit has a city view although I requested a garden/park view in the EOI. At this point, I canceled the purchase and asked for a refund to which I got a response that according to the terms and conditions of the EOI, it is not refundable which is not correct.
