How can you clear a case for unpaid debts and obtain a clearance certification from police?
My brother is in India now. He ran away from Dubai because of debts. He has now a police case in Dubai regarding bad debts.
His US visa is pending in India. They're asking for a police certificate from Dubai. The Dubai police canceled his request to issue the certificate.
How do we go about resolving this matter?
