اتهام شخص بحادثة سرقة منذ عام بناءً على سرقة حدثت اليوم واعترف بها
س: السلام عليكم، صديق لي سرق وتم حل المشكلة مع مدير المكان في نفس يوم السرقة بشكل ودي. بعد مرور أيام، اتصل به صاحب المكان يتهمه بسرقة مبلغ من المال لموظفة قبل عام تقريبًا مهددًا إياه بوجود كاميرات وشهود شاهدوه يتجول كثيرًا في المطبخ بالقرب من مكتب الموظفة. هدده أيضًا بحادثة السرقة التي تم حلها بشكل ودي واعترف بها. صديقي لم يرتكب السرقة التي قبل عام. ماذا عليه أن يفعل والمدير يهدده قائلاً: "سأقدم ضدك شكوى للمباحث وإذا سألوني لمَ تتهم هذا الشخص، سأقول أنه سرق قبل أيام". الآن صديقي مُهدد إما بإرجاع المبلغ، وهو لم يفعل ذلك، وإما بتقديم بلاغ وابتزازه بحالة السرقة التي تم حلها بشكل ودي. أرجو الرد! أسئلة وأجوبة

How to transfer the shares of a company from his heirs to the partners?
Q: A company is registered in a free zone (Dubai South) and had 4 shareholders. But now one of them passed away and the successor is a very old lady, who is not cooperative and will not be able to sign any document at all (and she lives in another country). We have no idea who will be a successor after this old lady and these people will in fact never be interested to do anything with this company. The company is financed and managed by only one shareholder, who is willing to continue. What can be done in this scenario to keep this company and continue operations? How to transfer the shares of the deceased shareholder (buyout, shares transfer)? Q: I am a doctor by profession, and my contract with my company was valid till June 2023. Last year in September 2022, I canceled my company visa to apply for Golden Visa. Q: My wife left the house with my small baby without any reason. She took all the gold and everything. Now she is putting cases against me, asking for huge amounts of money and claiming that she doesn’t have a marital home, whereas I am alone living in my four-bedroom townhouse. A car rental company takes the deposit. What to do?
Q: Hi, Last year (07.2022) I visited Dubai and rented 5 supercars from a local rental company. I left 1500 euro (6000 UED) deposit for the cars which I never got back. The company manager claimed that I got more speeding tickets than my deposit and that I am owing him money, not he to me. I knew 99% I wasn`t speeding but to be sure, I checked all the registration plates of the cars I rented and I found out there were no speeding tickets on those cars even that month I rented them. I have sent all the copies to the rental company and explained that if they will not refund my money, I will take legal action. Later on Google reviews, I saw that there are more scammed people by the same company. They take a deposit, and later they blame them for speeding and this gives them a reason not to refund money. The amounts are not huge (6000) UED but this man must be stopped somehow. He is doing shame for all Emirates. Maybe there is a lawyer who can help me to send legal notice? I have replied to the same email stating my difficulties and requesting to maintain the same rent as last year, and I mentioned that I will leave the flat if my request is not considered.
