How to add a police report of physical assault to a family case after the judgment is issued?
Q: How to raise a request in the MOJ e-filing system (Smart justice portal) requesting the judge to obtain reports from the police and social support center? I`m a plaintiff (husband). On the 7th of Mar 2024, the first instance divorce judgment was provided based on Article 7 of Federal Law 41 of 2022 and Article 133 of the Code of Civil Procedures. The defendant (wife) was requested to pay expenses and fees. A verbal request was made to the judge during the trial by the plaintiff, but the court doesn`t have these records as per the court front desk. This report can prove a physical assault, infidelity, and written agreements made with social support and the defendant did abide by it, as the plaintiff was forced to initiate divorce. Is possible to raise it now after the judgment since it is an important record for future child custody? Or same request can be made again during the child custody case? And is it recommended to only proceed with moral damages and financial damages claims as of now?

Suggesting new contract and rent after an eviction notice - Is this normal?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, My landlord recently gave me a mandatory legal notice for eviction with the intention to sell. Ideally, I have to move out in a few months, and then one of the secretaries of my landlord mentioned that they want to talk to me in person (not officially in chat or email). They mentioned that if I`m interested, I can stay with a new contract & new price. Basically what they`re saying is, since they`ve given me a notice, they want to treat me as a new tenant with a new price instead of sticking to the max 20% limit enforced by RERA for renewals. He also mentioned that even after this, they would give me a court notice again and a new price. This sounded crazy to me because it feels like a loophole to get rid of this RERA renewal restriction and they plan to kick anyone after a year. I`m planning to find a new place anyway because I need to secure a house for my family first before fighting wrongful eviction. But what would be my chances here? is this normal? أسئلة وأجوبة

Tenant always late with payments, hasn't renewed contract. What to do?
Q: Hello, I have a tenant who is always late with their payment. Their renewal was supposed to be last December 2023. Currently, they have not signed any new contract, provided any new cheques, and have stayed for three months from December until now without paying rent. Additionally, I just discovered that they have sublet the apartment with partitions, which is clearly stated as not allowed in the old contract. How can I get a UAE visa for my mother to the UAE if she has scars on lungs from TB?
Q: Good morning Sir, Actually, I tried to take a partner visa for my mother since I didn’t meet the criteria to sponsor her. Unfortunately, she didn’t pass the medical test and was deemed unfit. We went for a second medical test all tests were negative but she still didn’t pass due to the scars on her lungs and we were forced to cancel her visa with a permanent ban and send her back to India. Since I am the only child and there’s nobody else to look after her coz my father already passed away in August last year. Is there any way possible to bring her back? How can I get money invested in a company after I got cheated by my partner?
Q: Hello. I invested almost 60,000 dhs in a company to be a business partner in the future and get power of attorney.
