Claiming money from the bank in false credit card transactions
Q: It`s a query regarding the fraudulent transactions on my credit card last March 31, 2017. I was having my annual leave in Manila, Philippines (March 10, 2017- March 30, 2017) and Japan (March 30, 2017- April 9, 2017), which I have all the boarding passes and copies of passport pages as a proof. The last time I used my credit card was in NAIA airport, the Philippines, to pay my travel tax for travelling to Japan and this proves that my credit card is in my possession while I was in Japan. But then on March 31, 2017, I received an SMS from Emirates NBD bank that my card has been used for Aramex (AED 174.01), Souq.com (AED 5,581.00) and Sharaf DG (AED 3,717.00) transactions for the total amount of AED 9472.01. I immediately called the bank and asked them to block my credit card on that same day. As soon as I was back in Dubai (April 9, 2017), I called the bank and filed a complaint. I also filed a police case which I also sent to the bank but still, they didn`t honour everything and threatening me every time. أسئلة وأجوبة

Q: Hi, I have a company that designs and manufactures solar powered products. I do the design and the products are manufactured by local workshops. I would like to draw a contract/agreement with the workshop to guarantee the work for my client. I would like this to be legally binding. Q1: How can I make this agreement legally binding so the supplier can fix any problems with the product should any come up? I could not attend the hearing and first court session is due on 16 October. I appreciate if you can provide advice on the above. What is the fastest way to lift a travel ban?
Q: I paid the fine for cheque bounce of 10,000 and got released. Now the creditor has put the travel ban on me, however, there is no arrest warrant as I got it checked. Now I want to travel to my home country for Eid, I want to pay the outstanding amount. 1. My question is can I pay the amount at the airport while I leave? 2. or Can I pay at the court and get the travel ban lifted on the same day so that I can travel. كيف أخرج من عقد إيجار ملزم
س: أعيش الآن في شقة إيجار مكونة من 3 غرف في حي دبي مارينا، بإيجار قيمته 200,000 درهم سنويًا مدفوع على 4 دفعات، ومدة الإيجار سنتين، أي أنه بقي عام من مدته اعتبارًا من يوم 1 سبتمبر 2017. عندما أبرمت العقد، أخبرني ابن صاحب الشقة (الذي يمتلك توكيلًا منه) أنه لا يمانع أن يشاركني الشقة بعض أصدقائي، حيث كنا 3 أصدقاء في ذلك الوقت. المشكلة أنني فقدت وظيفتي، لذلك واجهت بعض الصعوبات في دفع الإيجار، لكنني قمت بدفعه في النهاية وسوف أقوم بتسوية أية شروط جزائية في العقد. إلا أنني أرغب في إنهاء العقد مبكرًا، وقد بدأ صاحب الشقة يتولي المفاوضات بنفسه وخرج ابنه من الصورة. والآن أخبرني صاحب الشقة أنه لا يمكنني مشاركتها مع آخرين، وأنه لكي أتمكن من إنهاء العقد، لايد من دفع رسوم تبلغ إيجار شهري، أي حوالي 35000 درهم. لا يمكنني البقاء في الشقة وحدي، وإلا سأعجز عن دفع الإيجار. هل يمكنك تقديم أي نصيحة لي في هذا الموقف. ريتشارد أسئلة وأجوبة
