How can I establish a legal company to launch a voucher mobile app?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, We plan to launch a voucher mobile app with two types of users: consumers and merchants. Merchants pay a daily calculated fee of AED 10/20/30, while users don`t have to pay or purchase anything. Throughout the day, users simply need to write/upload a post/image on the app and answer a random skill-based question. The more they participate, the higher their chances to qualify. Every following day, the collected pool from merchants is randomly distributed back to users in the form of vouchers. For instance, if today`s pool is AED 350,000, tomorrow it will be distributed among a random set of users, potentially in the thousands. If, for example, 17,500 users qualify, they would receive vouchers of random values. Users must use these vouchers at eligible merchants within the next 24 hours, or the vouchers expire. How can I set up a legal company in Dubai for this and operate in the UAE?

Can the new landlord rent the apartment once the tenant leaves?
Q: Hello, I am buying a unit that is already rented out. The previous owner sent an eviction notice for sale to the tenant. I have some questions: 1. If the tenant is served an eviction notice of 12 months, do I still need to serve a notice after buying? 2. After the transaction, when the tenant leaves after 12 months, can I rent the apartment? I don`t need to wait 2 years in this case. Is that right? Thanks in advance!

How to get a birth certificate of my child who was born outside wedlock
Q: Hi I am an Indian citizen girl, I was living with a Pakistani guy when I got pregnant and we decided to marry. I wanted court marriage since I am a Hindu and he is Muslim but he wanted nikah and later will do court marriage also. So last April he called some people from Karachi online video, I don`t know who they were, and asked me for nikah. I said yes and then they said papers would be sent via courier to sign. After two days of this online thing, only he physically hit me and abused me so badly that I called the police also, but in front of the police finally he said sorry and I also let it go. After that, I never signed those papers and thought to watch his behavior which later turned bad day by day. Even financially also he was using my house, my car, my everything... A new landlord cannot collect the rent from the tenant. What to do?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I am a European resident and have owned an apartment in Dubai since November 8, 2023. The contract with the previous owner ended in September 2023, and the tenant was served an eviction notice until July 2024. I find the tenant`s behavior very problematic and am considering legal action. He has not paid any rent to me since I took ownership. I invited him for a new 1-year contract without a rent increase, but he insists on forcefully signing the contract at the Dubai Land Department without my or my POA`s signature and is compelling me to visit Dubai to collect the cheques. Can you help with the following: 1) How can I get my rent? 2) Can the Dubai Land Department enforce the lease contract without my approval? 3) Given his behavior, I do not want to continue the lease agreement with him. How can I evict him as early as possible? Please help!

She is a Filipina and an Italian citizen. In an unexpected scenario, she was rushed to the hospital on December 28th, had surgery due to a hemorrhage, is in a comatose stage, and is still in the ICU to this date. Q: Hi, We own a small pet shop business in Dubai, and a customer posted an extremely damaging Google review, advising people not to use our services. She was initially very pleased after her dog was groomed, paid for the service, and even thanked the groomer for the excellent job—all of which we have on CCTV. The eviction notice is for personal use, the landlord wants to sell. Is it still valid?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I have received a notice through Dubai courts from the landlord stating that he does not want to renew for the purpose of "Personal Use," as mentioned in the notice. He brought his family for viewing as well. After a couple of weeks of the notice, he sent me a WhatsApp message saying that he wants to show the house to other viewers because he is willing to sell.Is the notice I received still valid? Should he send me a new notice mentioning that he wants to sell? Does the current notice force me to leave the house in case he sells it before my contract ends?
