How to sue the PoA holder of a real estate company for failing to pay rents to the owner?
Q: Hello, I am trying to get help in a complicated situation to assist my father-in-law on a few matters. Please note that some of my dates/years may not be accurate, however, I can get the exact dates if we plan to proceed with the legal case 1. My father-in-law purchased an apartment around 2014 in Dubai but he had never visited. He had given POA to an individual who worked for XYZ company. For the first couple of years, he received rent. 2. This individual stopped paying his rent for the past 3-4 years. He changed companies and we found the new company he was employed with. We were not able to pull the detailed Ejari records, however, we were able to see how much he had rented it for. 3. The developer bills were unpaid and some DEWA balances as well. 4. My FIL visited in May 2023 and paid all the pending bills. Can we hold the company that created Ejari and employed this individual accountable since the POA cannot be valid for so many years and also no one authorized the company?

How to remove the travel ban after settling a credit card case with the bank?
Q: Hello Everyone, I’m new to this community and seeking support. In 2020, I had a 10K credit card from a bank. Due to COVID-19, I was unable to make the payment on time, resulting in the bank filing a criminal case against me in Nov 2020. I have recently managed to arrange the funds and settle the amount. I have received clearance and case release letters from the bank, confirming that the case has been released by Dubai police. However, despite this, I still find the case active on the Dubai police app. As I am no longer in the country and plan to travel soon, I am concerned about any potential issues with obtaining a visa. I have attempted to contact Dubai police multiple times via email, but have not received a response. Please advise on any potential visa issues and any alternative steps I can take to resolve this matter. Thank you.

If agency does not cancel my visa for new job, what's next?
Q: Good morning, sir I have paid an agency to process my visa, but unfortunately, I received a job offer and was instructed to cancel the visa to be on the company`s visa. Although I have paid for everything, including cancellation fees, the agency refuses to proceed with the cancellation. My new company is waiting within the timeframe provided for me to start work, threatening termination if not met. I lodged a complaint with the Labor Department, and they informed me it would take 5 to 10 days to resolve the issue and provide me with the cancellation letter for the new company. However, by then, the time will have elapsed. Can my agency still cancel it after my complaint to labor, or must we continue to wait for labor? Additionally, I intend to file a lawsuit against the agency if I lose my job and visa. Kindly advise. Thank you!
