The eviction notice is for personal use, the landlord wants to sell. Is it still valid?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I have received a notice through Dubai courts from the landlord stating that he does not want to renew for the purpose of "Personal Use," as mentioned in the notice. He brought his family for viewing as well. After a couple of weeks of the notice, he sent me a WhatsApp message saying that he wants to show the house to other viewers because he is willing to sell.Is the notice I received still valid? Should he send me a new notice mentioning that he wants to sell? Does the current notice force me to leave the house in case he sells it before my contract ends?

Can I check the online reconciliation session link before the scheduled date?
Q: Hello! I will have the online reconciliation session (divorce) scheduled by the Dubai Court next week. My question is, can I try opening the link to check if it works and if I am following the steps correctly, or could it cause an issue if I attempt it? A tenant does not pay rent and sublets the property. How can I evict him?
Q: Greetings, I have a tenant who has not paid his rent for over 1 year. He promises to pay but nothing happens and his checks bounce every time. I have also received warnings from building management that he is subletting the apartment without my knowledge or approval. He has promised to move out, but he hasn`t done that either. What can I do the fastest to get him out of the premises? I live in Sweden so I have a property manager but he has also stopped answering my messages and phone calls since 2 months ago. Q: Hello, I received the initial approval for a golden visa from GDRFA and was advised to cancel my current employment visa to proceed with finalizing the new golden visa. During the cancellation process by my employer, the system requests the cancellation of the work permit to proceed. My intention is to continue working with my current employer under the same conditions, only changing the visa to golden, and this is agreed upon with the employer.
