Falsely arrested, bail rejected. How to expedite release?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, My cousin was falsely arrested a week ago on charges of possessing drugs for distribution. A medical exam was conducted, but we have not received any results yet. The lawyer mentions that it is still pending, even though it has been 8 days. The lawyer requested bail, but it was rejected, and now his detention has been extended for another 2 weeks. Is it possible for the results to take this long? What would be the best way to expedite the process and secure his release? He is currently detained at Al Muraqqabat police station in Dubai.

Q: My company told me to find a new job last November, as they will stop operation from January 2024, though they renewed their Trade License. They said they have no intention of renewing my visa. In December, I found a job and asked them to cancel my visa but they requested me to stay until 15th January. My Visa expired on 20th January. but till now they haven`t canceled my visa, nor given me my December and January salaries and my gratuity. So I filed a complaint in labor. Now the PRO calls and asks me to cancel the complaint so he can cancel. What should I do?

This 1 staff sent a resignation due to delayed salary but the management agreed to reject his resignation and talk to him that the company still needs him. Landlord's non-acceptance of rent for 8 months. Can I face eviction?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, Rental Dispute - The management agency in my current apartment building has issued a verbal notice via a telephone call to all residents (in January 2024), asking to vacate the premises by 25 February 2024 citing that they`re planning a major renovation to the entire building. My contract had expired in June 2023. Despite multiple follow-ups (over email, I had told them I wanted to renew starting March 2023), they never responded to emails and delayed the renewal. I had come to know that there was an ongoing inheritance battle between the owner`s family which may have been the cause of delay. Please advise on the below: 1. As I have not paid any rent since June 2023 as they never accepted the cheques, can they issue an eviction notice based on non-payment of rent? 2. Would I have any legal recourse to fight this notice? 3. What is the overall timeline/expense for such rental dispute cases to be resolved? 4. Are there any other legal actions that they can take against me?

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I worked as a graphic designer for a crypto project, and the company is registered in Dubai. Last July and August, I sent my work at the end of each month as usual. The person responsible for the company owns an Emirati residency permit but currently lives in Austria.
