I lost a case because of my lawyer's negligence. How can I sue them?
Q: Hi all, I lost a case because of my lawyer`s negligence. I have email evidence. How can I sue them? How do I raise a complaint against them? Will I need a lawyer to put a legal case against them or can I do it myself? I lost money on this case, and every lawyer I speak to never gives a clear answer on the fees. They just say, "Start and we`ll see." I can`t do that. Thanks!

If I file a fraud case against the used car dealer, what happens after the judgment if it`s in my favor? The car is under a bank loan, and we have paid all the monthly payments on time. How to choose the governning law of a contract if each party signed it in their jurisdiction?
Q: The case is that the parties did not agree on the governing law of the contract and the parties are residing in different countries. Also, the contract was concluded by each party in its country. Would it be possible to argue that two different laws could be applied (laws of the countries of each party) to the extent possible as the governing law in accordance with Article 19(1) of the Federal Law No. 5 of 1985?

I got a lifetime ban because I could not pay my employment expenses. How to remove the ban?
Q: Hi I was working in a taxi company. Unfortunately, I was not able to pay their expenses which they spent on my visa fee and license. There was no other due payment on me, only the expenses that the company spent on the license and some other fees. They were holding my passport and I needed to come back home urgently. I told them that I couldn`t pay 9 thousand dirhams at once, so they put a lifetime ban on me. Can this type of ban be removed or not? If there is any chance to lift it, I will try and bear all the expenses. Also, I want to know if this ban is for all the emirates or only for the emirate of Dubai.

How to claim the money I earn and delay penalty from a prop firm?
Q: Hello, There is a prop firm refusing to give me my payout accusing me of copy-trading. Every time I provide evidence that I’m not copy-trading they ignore me and send me copy-pasted emails. In their policy, they say that for every 24 hours the payout is delayed, they pay +$1,000. Would it be possible to go after them legally for my payout?
