If I decide to file a case, what kind of proof can I legally gather for the noise she makes? I've heard that video recording is not legal without permission. Is audio recording permissible as proof? I am leaving the building because of this daily disturbance and would like to know if I can include an inconvenience claim with it.

Can we serve the community management office with a legal notice?
