Can your bank loan affect your end of service benefits?

If it is a listed company, the EOSB (End of Service Benefits) will be transferred and put on hold by the bank until you off the loan. If not, you may withdraw the money after receiving EOSB.

EOSB is your right and loan is your liability. The right under the law is well secured and shall not be affected due to loan liability.
