Q: In 2013, I was working in the UAE on an employment visa. I had to return back to India in short time with the intention of joining back in a week's time but the situation didn't permit. Hence, my visa was not cancelled.
I also had a horrible employer and they used to deduct money from my salary for mistakes that happened or losses that occurred to the company because of my negligence. That way I had AED 600 due to them.
I don't know whether they have put any ban on me or whether they reported me as absconding or if any other charges have been framed against me.
Just when I informed them that I am not joining back, they sent an email asking me to send my passport for cancellation and pay AED 600. However, I couldn't trust sending the passport by courier for visa cancellation.
Now, I would like to travel on a visit visa to Dubai with my family. It's been more than 4 years now but I am afraid if there is any kind of case filed against me then I will be detained at the airport or will be asked to pay a heavy fine.

استعلمت عبر الإنترنت ولا تزال تأشيرة الإقامة سارية حتى العام المقبل، ولكنه لا يريد الذهاب إلى دبي ليتم تغريمه أو القبض عليه.
لقد كان خارج دبي لأكثر من 6 أشهر ويرغب في العودة مرة أخرى في سبتمبر للزيارة. هو يحمل جواز سفر بريطاني.

المنع من السفر إلى الإمارات بعد مغادرتها دون الإلغاء المناسب للتأشيرة
س: سيدي، لقد عملت في الإمارات لمدة ستة أشهر ( من أغسطس 2006 إلى ديسمبر 2006 )، وبسبب مشاكل عائلية، لم أقم بإلغاء تأشيرة الإقامة الخاصة بي ( المنطقة الحرة لمطار الشارقة الدولي ). قامت دائرة الهجرة بوضع منع بحقي.
لقد حصلت على شهادة عدم ممانعة من صاحب عملي السابق في الإمارات بخصوص هذا الموضوع. برجاء أن تساعدني في معرفة كيفية رفع المنع من السفر إلى الإمارات.

طاب يومك!
أعمل في شركة في القطاع الخاص بعقد سنوي محدد المدة. أمضيت منه حوالي 11 شهرًا وأبلغت صاحب العمل ببريد إلكتروني رسمي منذ شهر بالضبط بأنني أريد إنهاء عقد العمل في نهاية الشهر الحالي وأنني سأدفع بدل للفترة المتبقية من فترة الإخطار.
لا أتوقع موافقة صاحب العمل على الإنهاء، لذلك هل يمكنه التسبب في صدور حرمان عمل ضدي؟

لقد وقّعت على شرط عدم المنافسة (بموجب عقد غير محدد المدة) مع الشركة التي كنت أعمل بها سابقًا. ولكنهم قاموا بإنهاء خدمتي بعد العمل معهم لمدة ثمان سنوات.

رفع زوجة غير مسلمة قضية ضد زوجها لارتكاب جريمة الزنا

لديّ شركة صغيرة يعمل بها أربعة أشخاص. سيترك العمل أحد أقدم الموظفين الذين عملوا معي على مدار 11 عامًا. إنه يتعامل مع 80٪ من عملاء الشركة ويتولى معظم الأعمال.

Hello,
My employer fired me under Article 44 for not showing up for work for 7 days in a row. But that’s not the case at all. I was sick and the management was aware and they let me go.
I went to another country to get treatment because it’s expensive in Dubai. My employer did not pay me my salary for the month I worked and fired me.
I have official sick leave from another country and there is correspondence where my employer sent me to another country for treatment.
The problem is that the employer says that he will take compensation for the training that was specified in the contract, but I did not undergo training at all; I immediately started work from the first day of work and there was no training.
Does my employer have the right to charge me such a fee and not pay my salary?

How to cancel the MoU to buy an apartment with the broker if the bank did not approve the loan?
Hi,
I have a situation where I signed an MoU and gave my security deposit to the seller's agent. However later, the bank valuation of the property is lower than the selling price.
On my MoU, it has a clause that “the buyer has a right to cancel/negotiate if the bank valuation is not the same as MoU.” I tried to negotiate, however, we didn't agree on the price so I asked to cancel.
Now the agent is threatening me that they will not cancel the MoU and that will deposit my cheque. Later I also came to know that the person I am dealing with is not the same person whose name is mentioned as a broker in the MoU.
The agent I am dealing with is constantly messaging me with threats. I decided not to speak to him and instead, I wrote an email to the broker whose name is mentioned on the MoU but received no response.
I am on a very tight timeline as I need to vacate my apartment in 3 weeks, I found another unit but I don't know if I can pursue this while the initial MoU still not canceled.
Please, I need advice.
