If expert fees go unpaid, will it lead to case dismissal or an unfavorable judgment?
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a real estate claim case in court, with several sessions held. The defendant only appeared for one session.
On judgment day, the judge requested an expert appointment, which costs 15,000 AED.
If it’s not paid, will the judge dismiss the case or will the judgment be unfavorable to me?
I received a very short notice period to pay the fee.

Dear Questioner,
Pay, or request additional time for payment and explain your financial circumstances. The judge appoints an expert only if the case is unclear to him.
If you don't pay, and an expert is not appointed, the case will not be clear to the judge, and therefore the judge will rule to dismiss the case.
